The Edelman Confidence Index for the year 2022 has ranked UAE as the second most trusted government in the world.
The UAE rates 76% against China’s average of 83% in general confidence, according to the index.

The UAE government level of confidence stands at 87%, an increase by seven points over 2021, the index highlights.
In addition, the Edelman report respondents also looked at CEOs of companies in the UAE as those solving problems like job security.

In 2022, trust in the government, companies, NGOs, and the media in UAE rose by six points compared to 2021.
Also 78% of respondents in UAE believed that they will be in a better situation within five years, reported Gulf Today.
