Another overseas Filipino died of COVID-19 abroad, bringing the total death toll to 1,199.
The Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) stated on June 13 that the number of COVID-19 cases among overseas Filipinos has reached 20,093.
Meanwhile, total recoveries remained at 12,077 while the number of COVID-19 positive cases undergoing treatment is 6,817.
The Middle East/Africa continues to remain the most affected region with the most number of confirmed COVID-19 cases among overseas Filipinos through 11,360 cases, 794 deaths and 6,293 recoveries, the DFA reported.
