Saudi Arabia announced that it will lift the travel ban on citizens travelling overseas beginning 1:00 am of May 17.
All citizens who have been inoculated against COVID-19, as well as those who received one dose, provided that 14 days have passed since they received their first dose will be eligible to travel.

They will have to display proof of their vaccination on the Tawakkalna app.
Citizens who have recovered from the infection, are likewise permitted to travel abroad, provided that the duration from their infection is below six months.

Saudi Arabia will also open its land, sea, and air borders, the kingdom’s state news agency said citing an interior ministry tweet. (RA)
