The barangay Holy Spirit chairman in Quezon City is blaming Angel Locsin for the supposedly disorganized community pantry held on Friday that left one person dead.
Barangay Holy Spirit Chairman Felicito Valmocina blasted Locsin for supposedly being “heartless” for conducting a disorganized community pantry.

Valmocina says the village is studying possible charges against Locsin.
“Kung siya ay talagang makikita na nagkulang sang ayon sa batas, dapat siya ay kasuhan,” he said.
The barangay captain said that there were no lapses on their part.
“Sana nagpakatotoo siya na 300 lang ang kaya niya matulungan,” he said.

Netizens slammed the barangay captain saying that it’s the lack of help from the government that pushed these people to flock community pantries.
“Then idemanda nyo na rin ang DSWD at barangay na may namatay habang nakapila sa ayuda…Nakipag-coordinate sa inyo si @143redangel at on the ground din kayo. Si Angel hindi tumalikod sa responsibilidad samantalng kayo naghuhugas kamay?,” a netizen said.
“Epal lang! Trabaho niyo yan.
Kung walang naging aberya baka umagaw ka pa ng eksena,” a netizen also said. (TDT)
