Manila, Philippines– An Overseas Filipina Worker (OFW) from Taiwan received one of the most heartwarming homecoming from her father and their video tug at the heartstrings of netizens worldwide.
Jeaprilyn de Padua, a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Education graduate came home after working in Taiwan for a year.
The viral video began with Jeaprilyn coming out of a tricycle and her father immediately hugging her tight.
The reunion went on with her father carrying her like a child until they were able to enter the house.
Netizens praise the father-daughter reunion saying that it’s very difficult to live without your family and work abroad.
Jeaprily’s father became emotional and cried while hugging his OFW daughter.
“Sobrang na-miss ng ama ang anak kita mo yung yakap na parang baby lang.. kakatouch yung mga ama na ganyan” a netizen named Homer Lalog commented.
Some netizens remember their parents and some of their missed opportunities when they’re still alive.
