Supercars enthusiasts in the UAE and around the world know that in terms of luxury cars, Bugatti is in the front line.
The automaker recently proved that it makes the most “valuable” car in the world when it sold its La Voiture Noire model that costs almost $19 million, including taxes.
According to Bugatti, La Voiture Noire is the most expensive new car ever sold and only one will be made.
The new car has 1,500 horsepower 16-cylinder engine as the $3 million Bugatti Chiron on which it is based.
The identity of the buyer was not revealed but Bugatti said that the buyer has a strong attachment to the brand. With that staggering amount? Sure, that person loves the brand.
Bugatti’s new La Voiture Noire, which means black car, is designed to recall the Bugatti Type 57 SC Atlantic of the 1930s.
It’s quite one of a kind because there were only four of this car that had ever been made since 1930, and only three were able to survive.
The fourth one disappeared shortly before the German invasion of France during World War II.
