The management of Kapamilya noontime show ‘It’s Showtime’ has issued an apology over a mistake in the final rounds of the daily ‘PiLing Lucky’ contest.
The management then decided to give the ‘negosyo’ package prize to the contestant who was able to reach the final round.
“Madalang people, humihingi ng paumanhin ang ‘It’s Showtime’ dahil nagkaroon ng pagkakamali ang produksyon sa jackpot round ng ‘PiLing Lucky’ kanina,” It’s Showtime said on Thursday.

“Dahil dito, napagdesisyunan ng ‘Showtime’ management na ibigay sa ating player na si Ginalyn Canillo ang Negosyo Package,” it added.
During the jackpot round, Canillo needed to choose from a dozen of paintings the cash prize amounting to Php550,000 or the negosyo package.
Canillo chose the painting but only for 5 kilos of rice.

The hosts then checked on the paintings to show where the prizes are but the negosyo package was missing.
Vice Ganda announced that an explanation would be given once the situation is sorted.
