Actress and courtside reporter Myrtle Sarrosa will take part in helping affected residents whose families got displaced due to heavy ashfall caused by the eruption of Taal Volcano on Sunday.
The former Pinoy Big Brother: Teen Edition 4 winner will contribute a portion of her talent fee for the victims of the recent calamities in the country from a perfume brand she has been recently endorsing.
At the launch of the actress’ perfume endorsement on Wednesday, she told the press on how she wanted to impart her help.
“Actually, I will be donating part of my talent fee po dito for the victims of Taal and as well as sa mga taga-Capiz from last December dahil nabagyo sa kanila,” Sarrosa told ABS-CBN.
“I just want to be quiet and help in small ways that I can, kasi tayo-tayo rin naman po ang tutulong para sa kapwa natin,” she added.
Sarrosa also plans to volunteer in person to help reach affected families herself.
