Miss Universe 2018 Catriona Gray can now be heard as a navigator in the traffic app ‘Waze’.
Gray is now among the voices for the navigation app and is the first Filipino celebrity to be part of the app.
The reigning Miss Universe also gave tips on how to drive safely. Her reminders come with a twist as she gives statements that include terms from the prestigious pageant.
“Time to park the car and do the lava walk” and “In my experience, U-turns are best made slowly.”
Waze users can just go to settings and click the options where they can choose Gray’s voice.
“Being the newest voice on Waze enables me to share positivity to Filipinos who are on the road—going to school, work or wherever they need to be. I want to keep them inspired and help them find their way so that we can all be happy and remain optimistic, despite many challenges such as the traffic,” Gray said in a statement.
