Comedian Dennis Padilla admitted that he contacted Gerald Anderson about the issue that dragged her daughter, Julia Barretto, on the actor’s breakup with Bea Alonzo.
In a guest appearance in Tonight With Boy Abunda last August 28, Padilla was asked by Abunda if he sent any messages to Gerald.
Dennis then divulged that he texted Gerald four times, but he was not able to get any response from the actor.
“Dapat sagutin mo naman yung text ko.” he narrated.
The comedian did not divulge the details of his message to Gerald but he said he just wanted to clarify the issue especially it involves Julia, as per a report from Pep.ph
“Ang totoo dun, ako yung nag-text….Sinabi ko, ‘Puwede mo ba akong tawagan, si Dennis Padilla ‘to?’ “ he furthered.
After 45 minutes, he said Gerald called him where he was able to clarify things with the actor.
“Yun lang, ‘Pinapaalala ko lang na anak ko si Julia Barretto.’” he added.
The alleged affair of Julia and Gerald emerged after one citizen posted a photo of the two in a party, followed by a cryptic message of Bea on Instagram.
