The Thai beauty queen aspirant who described Ms. Universe Catriona Gray as “fat” won in the recently concluded Miss Grand Thailand International 2019.
Coco Arayha Suparurk took the crown beating the 70 candidates of the said competition held in Bangkok, Saturday night, July 13.
Suparurk will represent Thailand at the Miss Grand International 2019 pageant in Venezuela on October 25. She will also compete with Philippine’s bet Samantha Ashley Lo.
Suparurk made a controversy when she reposted a meme on her Instagram stories describing Catriona as “fat” and compare the latter to Miss Grand International 2018 Clara Sosa from Paraguay.
Her comment drew flak and she was bashed by netizens, especially Filipinos who are very supportive of Ms. Universe 2018.
