Actress and entrepreneur KC Concepcion decided to set the record straight by saying everything is fine between her and ex-boyfriend Piolo Pascual.
It all started when a netizen left a comment on one of her Instagram posts wishing her to move on and patch things up with her ex-boyfriend.
“My wish is maging mag-friends na kayo ni Piolo Pascual at accept doing picture with him. Just for the happiness of your fans,” the netizen wrote.
Concepcion was quick to reply and clarify that all is well between her and Pascual.
“We are good. Piolo and I have forgiven each other and know that we will care about each other as friends,” she told the netizen.
She even said in jest, “Hay naku baka nahuli na po kayo sa balita… hehe.”
The former couple had known each other for 8 years before they exclusively dated each other. However, in 2011, they broke up after a 2-year relationship.
Their breakup has caused controversies and sparked many interest of Filipinos nationwide but neither of them confirmed the real reason as to why they decided to split.
A few years after their break-up, Concepcion revealed that they reconciled when her grandmother Elaine Gamboa-Cuneta passed away in 2014.
Ever since, she has moved on from her past relationship with Pascual. Concepcion is now happy with her French boyfriend Pierre Emmanuel Plassart.
On the other hand, Pascual never confirmed if he got into another relationship after Concepcion, but he has been linked to actress Shaina Magdayao.
