Actor Arjo Atayde put an end to the speculation that he made fun of fellow actor Alden Richards when the latter mispronounced the name of Grammy Award-winning singer Michael Bublé.
It all started when Richards was promoting a concert during the “Juan for All, All for One” segment of “Eat Bulaga” but he mistakenly pronounced the surname of Canadian singer Michael Bublé as “Bubble”.
After the actor’s slight gaffe, Atayde posted a Spotify screenshot on his Instagram Story showing that he is listening to Bublé’s hit song “Everything”.
Because of the time when the screenshot was posted, entertainment blogger Fashion Pulis speculated that the photo was meant to poke fun at Richards’ slip-up.
“Is This Arjo Atayde’s Response to Alden Richards’ Mispronunciation of ‘Michael Bublé’?” Fashion Pulis wrote on Twitter.

It can be recalled that Atayde is reportedly dating Kapuso host and actress Maine Mendoza, who was Richards’ on-screen partner. Mendoza and Richards’ love team “AlDub” even became a trending topic on social media at one point.
They do not have any projects together at the moment but both of them remain to be mainstay hosts of Eat Bulaga.
Due to the uncanny connections, Atayde was quick to clarify that he is not throwing shade at Richards in his Instagram Story.
Atade replied to Fashion Pulis’ tweet and said, “First of all I have no idea what you’re talking about. Please read the lyrics it’s not for him”.

Neither Richards nor Mendoza have given their statements regarding the issue.
