After the controversial noontime show host posted pics of herself, her mother and his ‘special friend’ Calvin Abueva in a previously undisclosed location, Vice Ganda now maintains that Abueva remains to be his close friend.
In an episode of Tawag ng Tanghalan on It’s Showtime, Vice Ganda went on asking each TV host who their ‘sunshine’ is. The hosts gave their own answers from their spouses and children. When it was Vice Ganda’s turn, she chuckled and said his sunshine is Calvin.
Vice Ganda re-established that anyone could be someone’s sunshine, be it a loved one, family, pet or special friend. “Siya yung special friend ko ngayon. Siya yung lagi kong kasama.”
The popular noontime host continues to deny having a relationship with Calvin, despite netizens believing otherwise.
Last week, the comedian was spotted with the PBA player in a night out. Vice uploaded videos of them jamming and later reports state that Vice admitted the location was in Boracay and it was merely pure coincidence that the two bumped into each other there.
