Actor Robin Padilla said that, if he had his way, he would like to arrest Senator Antonio Trillanes IV himself.
In an interview with reporters, the actor, who is a known supporter of the current administration, went to the Senate on Wednesday and waited at the parking lot hoping to witness Trillanes’ event firsthand, reported Inquirer.net.
He also said that, if given the chance, he would go inside the Senate and take the matters to his own hands since there is “citizen’s arrest”.
“May citizen’s arrest, di ba? Kahit kayo pwede ninyo siyang arestuhin. Ayaw n’yo?”
Padilla said that he, together with “100 million Filipinos”, would like to see Trillanes’ arrest. According to him, it will show that laws in the country are being followed.
