Kapuso actress Heart Evangelista caught the attention of netizens around the world after she got featured in Harper’s Bazaar US as one of the “real Crazy Rich Asians”.
In the said feature, Evangelista, together with other socialites such as Malaysian twins Michelle and Rachel Yeoh, Hong Kong blogger Feiping Chang, showed a glimpse of her luxurious lifestyle.
At the beginning of the video, Kwan introduced the viewers to the secret glamorous world of Asians “who spend millions of dollars a year on the finest things in life.”
“Couture week in Paris is the creme de la creme. Were talking about dresses that start in the tens of thousands and go up to the millions. And only about 2,000 women in the world can afford to dress this way,” Kwan said in the video.
Kwan was not exaggerating as the haute couture outfit that Evangelista was wearing in the Harper’s Bazaar feature cost a hefty amount of money.
As seen in the video, Evangelista wore two couture outfit by Armani Privé, one of which is a black gown underneath a pink feathered coat.
According to an article on Pilipino Star Ngayon, the said outfit reportedly cost P10 million (around Dh688,000).

Aside from the pink feathered coat, Evangelista’s second Armani Privé outfit was a black and white fringe dress.

The cost of the second outfit was no longer revealed but it was noted that the dress also cost millions.
Aside from the video feature, Evangelista also did a photoshoot with the other mentioned Asian fashion icons for the said feature which was titled “Crazy Rich Couture”.
