Netizens are wondering if Matteo Guidicelli and Sarah Geronimo are ready to tie the knot soon.
Many noticed that Guidicelli and Geronimo were extremely sweet and close to each other during the birthday celebration of Judy Ann Santos, which led netizens to ask if the former had already popped the question to the Popstar Royalty.
However, in an interview with ABS-CBN entertainment reporter MJ Felipe, Guidicelli said that he was just happy during Santos’ party that he was reunited with his girlfriend, after she had a series of shows in the United States.
“Siyempre, na-miss ko siya. Ang tagal niya ring nawala,” Guidicelli said.
He added that Geronimo has been doing well ever since she came back to the country.
It can be recalled that the singer had an emotional breakdown on stage during one of her shows in Las Vegas.
Guidicelli assured that his girlfriend is doing fine and that she is now busy shooting her upcoming movie.
The 28-year-old actor and triathlete also clarified in the said interview that he has not yet asked Geronimo’s hand in marriage, but teased that he already has a plan.
Felipe asked Guidicelli if he already has a timeline of his future plans, which include marrying Geronimo.
“Meron pero hindi ko sasabihin sa ‘yo,” Guidicelli answered with a laugh.
