Megastar Sharon Cuneta posted on Tuesday, April 3, that she has been inactive on social media because she underwent a surgery to remove a lump at the back of her neck.
The 52-year-old singer-actress revealed on Instagram that she is now recovering after her surgery on April 2.
“Mind and heart are resting. Recovering well. Also, had a surgery yesterday. Had a lipoma pala on my batok, and my yaya and assistant had been noticing it for a while hanggang lumaki na that they finally told me! Natakot na. They’re doing a biopsy on it but I’m not scared. It was big!” Cuneta wrote.
Cuneta is scheduled to return to work next week so she took to social media and asked her fans to pray for her fast recovery.
“Please pray for me. Taping this week so I have to get all the rest I can and I pray I recover quickly. Love you guys. Don’t worry about me. God bless you! Sweet dreams,” Cuneta wrote.
Fans of Cuneta also wished the Megastar well as they sent her messages of encouragement in the post’s comments section.
