After admitting the status of their relationship, Liza Soberano threw a surprise birthday bash for her onscreen partner and “boyfriend” Enrique Gil.
Gil, who celebrated his 26th birthday last March 30, was treated by the Kapamilya actress with a Jamaican-themed party in Anilao, Batangas a day after his actual birthday.
Aside from Liza’s family, several celebrities were also present in the said party.
Bryan Venancio, the event photographer, also posted a series of photos from the party.
Wishing Well posted the Same-Day Edit (SDE) video of the party on their Facebook page, wherein Soberano gave a heartfelt message for Gil.
“Happy birthday, Quen. I hope you were surprised like you told me earlier. You don’t get many surprises and it’s hard to surprise you so I’m glad that we were able to pull it off.
“Thank you for always being here for me and I want the same towards you. I love you, happy birthday,” she said.
Prior to the party, Soberano also greeted Gil through her Instagram account.
She posted a photo of the two of them with the caption: “Happy Birthday to my monkey. I thank God everyday that our paths met. I wish you remain God fearing, family oriented, and that your smile never fades no matter what obstacles may come up against you. Know that you are loved by your fans, your friends, your family and me! Teehee.”
