The pre-wedding photos of Billy Crawford and Coleen Garcia taken in Ethiopia were meant to capture their love for each other, however, many netizens are in rage, tagging the couple as racist and insensitive to other culture.
Makikita kasi sa mga litrato ng dalawa na shi-noot doon ang ilang mga Ethiopian, na kung ikukumpara nga naman sa bihis at ayos ng dalawa, ay malayong-malayo sa kanila.
Sabi pa ng ilan, tila ba nais ipamukha ng mga litrato na sila’y mga “amo” at ang mga nasa background naman ay “alipin”.
One specific netizen named Rachel Ravana was one of the first people to point out this problem.
“I don’t think we should all admire a prenup photoshoot making background props out of Ethiopian women & children. These photos are heartbreaking & enraging at the same time,” Ravana said on Facebook.
Many agreed with Ravana and said that the photos were inappropriate.

Well, alam naman nating hindi ito ang nais iparating nila Billy at Coleen sa kanilang pre-nup photos. Nakapaka-humble ng couple, pero sana nga ay nabigyan ng tamang direksyon o gabay man lang ng creative team ang dalawa sa magiging reaksyon at sentimyento ng madlang people.
