Ever wonder who among the rich and famous celebrities are the biggest earners? The Filipino Times listed the ten top grossers. Here they are.

Top 10 – Vice Ganda (Net Worth: P75 Million)

Actor, comedian, singer and television host, Vice Ganda is one of the well-loved celebrities in the Philippines. His chart-topping singles “Karakaraka,” “Whoops Kiri,” and the anthemic “Boom Panes,” have become the country’s iconic dance crazes.

Vice Ganda started his acting career via supporting roles in movies, “In My Life,” and “Hating Kapatid,” opposite Filipino superstars Vilma Santos, Judy Ann Santos, and Sarah Geronimo. His first leading role was in the 2010 remake of the 1988 classic cult favorite “Petrang Kabayo,” which became a certified blockbuster. His first success then spawned a series of other box-office winners. The movie, “Amazing Praybeyt Benjamin” in 2014 became the highest grossing Filipino movie of all time, with a record-breaking revenue of more than P450-million.

He was also awarded Movie Actor of the Year by the Philippine Movie Press Club Star Awards for Movies for his outstanding portrayal of four different characters in the picture.

Top 9 – Bong Revilla (Net Worth: P100 Million)

After finishing his studies in America, Ramon “Bong” Revilla Jr. returned home to the Philippines and began starring in some of the most popular action movies of the ‘80s. He also starred alongside his father in the action-drama movie “Dugong Buhay” which became a major hit. Ramon Revilla Sr. later entered the country’s political arena and was elected a senator in 1992.

Bong was first elected to the Senate in 2004, succeeding his father. He ran again for a second term and topped the senatorial race in 2010. His alleged involvement in the Napoles pork barrel scam led the Sandiganbayan to issue an arrest warrant against him and other co-accused on June 20, 2014. He is currently detained at Camp Crame.

Top 8 – Lucy Torres (Net Worth: P100 Million)

Lucy Torres was born to a rich family in Ormoc City, Leyte, Philippines. Her family owns several hectares of land in the province. Lucy’s first taste of the limelight was when she was introduced as the new model for Lux shampoo together with actor Richard Gomez in 1993. She married Gomez in a lavish wedding at St. Peter and Paul Parish Church in Ormoc City in 1998. The couple has one child, Juliana.

Lucy was cast in the ABS-CBN television series Richard Loves Lucy along with her husband Richard, Gloria Romero and Jolina Magdangal. She has also hosted All About You, Shall We Dance? and The Sweet Life. She also became an endorser for the clothing brand Bench and one of the celebrity designers for Kashieca, another clothing brand.

Lucy was elected representative of the 4th District of Leyte in 2010. On the May 9, 2016 national elections, Torres won her re-election bid defeating Violeta Codilla of the Aksyon Demokratiko party.

Kris is a TV host, actress, producer, entrepreneur, endorser, and writer. She has hosted numerous TV shows, and starred in movies and television series.

Ricky Reyes is a hairdresser, philanthropist and businessman. He owns the Ricky Reyes chain of salons and host of television program “Gandang Ricky Reyes.” The first parlor he put up in 1970 came from the money he earned from sweeping floors. Now, Ricky has a 44-branch network of Gandang Ricky Reyes salons.

Vilma Santos or Ate Vi is an actress, dancer, singer and politician. She began her acting career when she was only 13 years old after auditioning for a role in the film Trudis Liit. She won a FAMAS Award for Best Child Performer for her part in the film. She starred in dozens of other films throughout her career and has won nearly 100 awards over the span of the past five decades.
