The different FilClub committees have been holding weekly meetings ironing out the staging plan and action for the much awaited Bayanihan Festival 2017 which will be held on December 15, 2017. Each committee is preparing plans to for the assigned task ranging from mechanics, invites of participants, practices, contest elimination rounds and finals including their dates and budget cost and that would be submitted in the next meeting.
All organizations participating in this event have also been advised to prepare their group’s profile for the souvenir magazine.
School invitations will be reviewed to ensure their part in Bayanihan Festival 2017.
