Dignitaries led by Dr. Yasmin Balajadia-Cortes, head of the civic group Filipino Ladies of  Dubai and Little Manila General Manager Parvez Naqvi, graced the inaugural ribbon-cutting ceremony.

Little Manila Express is open 10am to 10pm on weekdays; and 10-am to midnight on weekends.
