WATCH: Jimmy Bondoc dedicates a song to Angel Locsin

Singer Jimmy Bondoc has apologized to actress Angel Locsin and other artists for his tirades against ABS-CBN that might have hurt them on a personal level.

The singer even dedicated a song for the actress.

In a recent vlog of Mocha Uson, Bondoc, who is a presidential appointee, said that his statement about the network’s franchise renewal has been misinterpreted.

“Ang message ko lang is, kung ano man po yung personal na nasaktan sa kanya dun sa message ko at sa mga kapwa niya artista, paumanhin po,” he said.

“Wag na kayong magalit sakin ma’am, talagang kawawa ako sa mga katulad ninyo, napaka sikat ninyo, wala akong laban,” he added.

Towards the end of the video, Bondoc sang his hit song “Let Me Be The One” and dedicated it to Locsin.

Last week, the singer posted on Facebook to express his “happiness and excitement” over the possibility of the Kapamilya network going out of business.

He said that he would like to see ABS-CBN close down as it has been a place where success is “based on politics and sexual favors”.

As a response, Locsin told Bondoc that it was “evil” of him to express his excitement over such matter since thousands of employees and artists will be affected in case the network closes down.
