ABU DHABI| A mother of three scalded her maid by pouring hot water on her face for failing to take good care of her children.
She denied the accusations, but medical reports presented before the court showed that the maid suffered physical abuse.
She suffered major burns on her face and other parts of her body.
The next hearing was set on June 27 by the Abu Dhabi Court of Appeals, reported Al Khaleej Newspaper.
The victim’s name and nationality were not disclosed.
