A survey conducted by Pulse Asia showed that more than half of Filipinos already have a complete line-up for the May 2019 senatorial elections.
The survey, conducted from March 23 to 28, consisted of 1,200 respondents who were asked to select their senatorial candidates from a list of 58 names.
Results showed that 15 candidates have probable chance of winning, most are incumbent or former members of the Senate.

- Cynthia Villar (55.6%)
- Pia Cayetano (53.8%)
- Nancy Binay (45.8%)
- Edgardo Angara Jr. (44.9%)
- Sara Duterte-Carpio (43.8%)
- Aquilino Martin “Koko” Pimentel (39.8%)
- Sergio Osmena (38.0%)
- Erwin Tulfo (36.7%)
- Lito Lapid (33.8%)
- Ronald “Bato” dela Rosa (33.1%)
- Jinggoy Estrada (32.8%)
- Imee Marcos (32.2%)
- Paolo Benigno “Bam” Aquino (30.5%)
- Joseph Victor Ejercito (29.0%)
Meanwhile, 4.5% of Filipinos expressed no support of any of 58 personalities included in the choices while 0.8% refused to name their picks for the senatorial race.
The survey was conducted nationwide using face-to-face interviews with 1,200 adults aged 18 years old and above.
Error margin is at ± 3 percent at the 95 percent confidence level.
Subnational estimates’ error margin is at ± 6 percent at the 95 percent confidence level.
