Gilas Pilipinas claimed their 12th straight championship crown after dominating Indonesia, 94-55, in the gold medal match of the 29th Southeast Asian Games.
Both the Philippines and Indonesian squad entered the final stage undefeated, but Gilas proved to be the more dominant side when guard Mike Tolomia sparked off the bench and sank several three-point shots.
Tolomia and star Kobe Paras led the charge for the Philippine team with 20 points and 14 points, respectively.
