The Manila International Airport Authority said that international flights at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) will proceed and operate to serve foreigners and overseas Filipino workers or OFWs who will be leaving the country.
Manila International Airport Authority (MIAA) General Manager Ed Monreal clarified that the 72-hour-window was lifted since the implementation of the quarantine.

“Sa ngayon tuloy ang international flights natin sa NAIA,” Monreal told ABS-CBN news. “Wala na ‘yong 72 hours na window dahil lifted po,” he added.
Monreal added that arriving passengers will be accepted by airport authorities, but they will be subjected to quarantine requirements.
Filipino tourists are still prohibited from leaving the country. Overseas Filipino Workers are now allowed to leave the country provided that they can present proof of employment and residence in another country.
