The UAE’s premiere, world-class health standards have been proven once again as the country reported the highest test coverage in the world for COVID-19, performing over 125,000 tests since the coronavirus disease began spreading throughout the globe.
In a tweet from the Dubai Health Authority, it shared that the country’s testing coverage is the highest in the world, screening 13,000 people per million.

As of press time, the number of cases in the UAE has reached 98 – five of which are Filipinos. Among the cases are 27 individuals who have fully recovered, including a Filipino as confirmed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Philippine Embassy in the UAE.
The Ministry of Health and Prevention (MoHAP) affirms that all infected individuals are being dealt with according to the highest health standards, and are kept under close observation and the care of specialised medical teams who understand guidelines of the WHO.
