OFW’s son begs father not to go back to China

A son of an Overseas Filipino Worker (OFW) has begged his father to never go back to China after the latter underwent a 14-day quarantine and finally made it back home.
The OFW’s family was elated to see their patriarch come home safely so much so that the son asked his father not to go back because they love him very much, as per a report by GMA reporter Vonne Aquino on Unang Balita on Monday.

His partner said they heaved a sigh of relief after seeing him come home.

He was part of the 30 Filipinos repatriated from China amid the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) outbreak who all underwent a 14-day mandatory quarantine in New Clark City.

Balloons, cake, and warm hugs welcomed the OFW back with his loved ones.
The report did not indicate the reaction of the OFW on whether he would like to go back there in China, but his employers expressed their willingness to hire him back once the health situation there stabilizes.
