Be cautious when you are out on the road as the National Center of Meteorology (NCM) warns of fog formation that will again occur tomorrow until Wednesday morning.
NCM said there’s a chance of fog formation on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday morning in the UAE.
According to AccuWeather, the combination of mild, moist air and long nights will create the “perfect conditions for the fog to form” during the last weekend of 2019.
With this phenomenon happening, they advised motorists to be careful especially when you hit the road.
NCM issued a fog advisory this morning where they warned motorists that the fog formation caused poor horizontal visibility.
“It is advised to be careful and stop driving until visibility is clear,” NCM warned.
The fog formation lasted until 9 a.m. today.
It may be a similar situation tomorrow until Wednesday morning. So better be careful when driving early in the morning to avoid untoward incidents.
Meanwhile, the UAE still experiences cooler weather with the lowest temperature recorded in Raknah at 6.2 C.
