Acknowledging the importance of wellness as part of the Filipinos’ lives nowadays, Ayala Land Inc. is developing a 700-hectare property to incorporate amenities that would fit their needs.
The project named “Vermosa” is a modern suburban living with the provision of pioneering athletic amenities. Considered the first development to do such a project in the country, Vermosa promises to offer a livable and sustainable community while at the same time help you chart your own road to wellness.
Jay Teodoro, estate head of Vermosa told Inquirer.net in a report, that they have looked at market trends in order to realize their vision for Vermosa.
Vermosa will also cater to those living along the Cavite and Daang Hari corridor as its developer plans to make it as a mixed-use, sustainable estate focused on giving Filipinos the opportunity to live a healthy and active lifestyle.
As early as 2018, Ayala Land Inc. has developed and opened to the public the 8-hectare Vermosa Sports Hub. The public can now have access to professionally-managed sports facilities that adhere to international standards.
Teodoro said right now, they allow the public to use it on a pay per use basis instead of selling membership shares.
By December this year, Vermosa Sports Hub will be hosting the Underwater Hockey for the 30th Southeast Asian (SEA) Games.
So if you’re looking for a home that offers such facilities, you may start looking at Vermosa as the future location of your new home.
