A still-unidenrified gunman has killed a Filipina and an Austalian man in broad daylight while another one was wounded in Olongapo City, Friday. Sources said poilice investigations have been gaining promising results.
Olongapo City Vice Mayor Jong Cortez said the woman was shot dead along Rizal Avenue.
The Australian man was rushed to the hospital but was later declared dead.
Initial reports disclosed that the suspect is also an Austalian man.
The suspect and the victim were on the same vehicle. After the car stopped in front of a hardware, gunshots were heard from the car.
“Dun po sa CCTV na ni-report sa amin, yung kotse po ay nag-park tapos umabante ng konti tapos meron pong apat na muffled na tunog na narinig yung hardware, nakasarado pa po yung bintana nung sasakyan eh. So sa loob po nangyari yung barilan,” Cortez told Inquirer.net.
A two year-old child was also in the car but was able to survive the shooting incident.
