Etisalat has offered the region’s “Upgade Anytime” for iPhone users. The ‘Upgrade Anytime’ offer allows customers to trade their old iPhones with a new one including models, colors and size for free after completing 90 days of their current contract.
Etisalat was also the first one to launch the ‘Iphone for life program’ in the UAE in 2016. The policy means that customers who would like to buy new iPhone units can trade in ther lost item after finishing 12 months of their constract.
Customers can avail the upgrade anytime program for free at Etisalat call centres, business centres, online and mobile app this September.
Etisalat says that this new scheme makes it easier for iPhone subscribers to upgrade their phones every 90 days. Etisalat adds that customers will have the option to upgrade to any of the 12, 18 or 24-month flexible payment plans.
