Manila Mayor Isko Moreno clarified that his surname did not come from the late German “Kuya Germs” Moreno.
He clarified during his DZMM guesting that he used his mother’s surname when started his showbiz career, dismissing the “urban legend” that he is an adopted son of the late Master Showman.
The mayor’s full name is Francisco Moreno Domagoso.
To recall, the young mayor cried on a radio program when the name of Kuya Germs was brought up during an interview, showing his gratitude to the latter.
