Pinay domestic worker seeks justice after being beaten by employer’s son in Kuwait

Filipina domestic worker Jessielyn Española is crying out for justice after being severely beaten by her employer’s son in Kuwait.

In a viral post on Facebook; 49-year-old Española said that her employer’s son accused her of stealing a necklace on June 14.

“I told him, I did not steal it. Why would I do that? I’ve been with you for 11 years and I took nothing from you,” Española said.

The son did not listen to her explanations and continued to beat her. Española said that her employer’s son punched her eyes, kicked her and pull her hair.

“I was whining in pain and told him, please stop. I didn’t get your sister’s necklace. He won’t believe me and continued hitting me. He said, after I finished my cigarette, I will kill you if you won’t tell the truth and send you back to the Philippines,” Española recalled.

Her sponsors did not bring her to the hospital after getting bruises and hematoma.

Española said that she was so sad that the child she took care of beat her because of false accusations.

The Philippine and Kuwaiti authorities extracted her from her employer’s house on June 17.

A case has been filed against her employer’s son.
