The National Centre for Meteorology has forecast that warm temperatures in the UAE may reach almost 48℃ today.
Al Ain in Abu Dhabi is expected to hit 48℃, with Abu Dhabi reaching 45℃ and Dubai at 44℃.
Sharjah temperatures will reach 43℃ as Ajman and Um Al Quwain both experience temperatures of up to 44℃. Fujairah and Ras Al Khaimah will enjoy cooler temperatures compared to the rest of the emirates, reaching only 40℃ and 39℃ respectively.
Humidity is expected to increase during the evening and will extend to the early hours of the morning the following day, particularly at places near the Northern coastal areas.
