Immigration agents have arrested a Kuwaiti national for overstaying in the country.
The man identified as Ahmed Isaac Alameri, 59, will be deported immediately according to Immigration Chief Jaime Morente.
“He is a public charge and an undesirable alien who does not deserve the privilege to stay in our country. He should be expelled and returned to where he came from,” Immigration Chief Morente said.
The Kuwaiti national has been arrested in Guimaras province last June 6 and has been overstaying since 2017. Alameri is also holding an expired passport and admitted that he is wanted by the Royal Family and Kuwaiti Intelligence Agencies.
Residents where Alameri used to live complained about his arrogance forcing them to report his whereabouts.
