Cebu Pacific on Thursday, January 10, announced that it will be implementing a new check-in baggage policy starting January 15.
Under the new policy, passengers are only allowed to carry two luggage for 20 kg baggage allowance, 3 pieces for 32 kg allowance and 4 pieces for 40 kg allowance.
“In line with continued efforts to streamline operations and provide a more efficient check-in experience at the airport, Cebu Pacific will also be strictly monitoring the number of pieces of checked-in baggage, based on the weight allowance purchased,” the airline, in a statement, said.
Passengers can now pre-purchase baggage allowance depending on the weight and pieces they need.
