Emirates passengers in Cairo International Airport may now enjoy a premium lounge for first class and business class customers.
Gold and platinum members of the airline’s loyalty program, Skywards, are welcome to the lounge as well.
The Emirates lounge is the 42nd to be built in its global network and costs US $3.6 million. It is located at departure Terminal 2, Level 2 above the Duty Free area.
First class and business class ticket holders have privileges to use the amenities such as LED television, leather armchairs, luxury spa products, and separate male and female prayer rooms.
The 880 square meter lounge is also equipped with Wi-Fi, shower facilities and offers gourmet buffet featuring local and international dishes and beverage. Its interior was inspired by a contemporary and fresh design.
