An Asian man has been sentenced to three-month imprisonment after proven guilty of sexually abusing a 13-year-old girl in Dubai for the past two years.
The incident was reported to Dubai Police Station when the victim was forced to confess the abuse after her mother accidentally laid a hand on her phone and saw on it a malicious video sent by the accused.
It was revealed that the man had developed sexual relations with her since she was 11 years old.
The minor told prosecutors that the molestation happened in their house whenever he visited her on weekends and holidays. She was also threatened not to speak about it to anyone for she will face consequences.
The man, during the prosecution, admitted the crime and blackmailing his victim.
The accused will also be deported after serving his sentence as ordered by the Dubai Criminal Courts, reported Khaleej Times.
