‘It’s a wrap bro,’: Aaron Gordon says he’s done with dunk contest

After two controversial upsets in NBA slam dunk contest, Aaron Gordon called it quits.
“No, it’s a wrap, bro. It’s a wrap, “ Gordon said.
“I feel like I should have two trophies, you know what I mean? It’s over for that. My next goal is going to be trying to win the 3-Point Contest.”
Gordon managed to finish an epic five 50 perfect scores forcing a second overtime.
Everyone thought that the Magic player will win after Jones scored 48 in his last dunk.
Gordon cleared the tallest player in the league, Tacko Fall, for his final slam, but only got 47 points.
Despite having the most 50s in the history of dunk contest, he hasn’t won a trophy yet.
Rapper Common who served as one of the judges in the dunk contest, revealed that the plan was to award the players as co-winners but one judge scrapped the plan.
Gordon aired his frustrations after the match.
“We’re here to do four dunks,” he said.
“So, out of four dunks it should be the best of four dunks. I did five straight 50s. That’s over. It’s a wrap. Let’s go home. Four 50s in an NBA Dunk Contest, it’s over. But I don’t know. Who’s running the show?”
