However, urgent cases may still be accommodated through their hotline numbers. For consular matters such as passport, civil registry, and many more, those who are concerned may contact +971 4 220 7100. OFWs who may need assistance may contact the the Migrant Workers Office (MWO) in Dubai with the following numbers: +971 56 353 5558 and +971 50 652 6626; or they may visit the online portal here. For non-OFWs who will be needing Assistance-to-Nationals, they may contact +971 56 501 5756.

The Philippine Consulate General in Dubai offers many services to overseas Filipino workers (OFWs) as well as Filipino nationals (non-OFWs) who are currently in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE). Passport renewal, notarization of legal documents, registration of birth, and many more services can be booked through the PCG’s official website. However, it must be noted that there will be no services on June 12, 2024.
