Online booking of travel documents by Filipinos will be restored on May 4 in Dubai after disruptions.
According to Philippine Overseas Labour Office (POLO) application for the Overseas Employment Certificate (OEC) will be reinstated in May.
The disruptions have been resulting in long lines outside the POLO office in Dubai ahead of the long Eid break with waiting time extending to over 10 hours.

After easing in travel protocol, Filipinos are making a beeline for OEC requirements with a daily average of 700 overseas foreign workers recorded for contract verification and OEC between March and April.
Beginning May 4, there will be 250 slots available for contract verification and 150 slots for OEC.
