Police in Ras Al Khaimah have asked the public to inform them about unsolicited text messages offering drugs.
The anti-narcotics department at Ras Al Khaimah Police has said that messages about drugs should be sent at mobile number: 056 427 1119, media reports said.

This came after Criminals were known to have sent unsolicited messages to users promoting the sale of items like crystal meth, banned painkillers and hashish, reported The National.
After the deal, the GPS coordinates of the location of the drugs are shared which are usually found to be buried in the ground in remote areas, the report said.
