A British citizen heading a criminal ring and his Pinay wife have been arrested in Makati.
Darren Wall and his wife Khanary Jane Wall were believed to be operating in Metro Manila and were apprehended by personnel of the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) from a nightclub at the corner of Doña Carmen street and Kalayaan Avenue in Barangay Poblacion at around 2:50 a.m.

Wall faces a fraud case in the United Kingdom as per records of Interpol and allegedly stole 21,000 euros from a cash machine in London in 2013.
The arrest came on a complaint of a civilian that Wall beat and threatened him with a gun in the nightclub as Police detained him with a 9mm gun.
His wife was also detained for disobedience to persons in authority as the couple carried six grams of cocaine.
