The auction of fancy number plates has fetched AED 30 million in Dubai, according to the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA).
AA90 attracted the highest to sell at AED 2.74 million, while M73 was sold for AED 2.36 million, W55555 went for AED 1.71 million, and X800 was sold for AED 1.02 million.

As many as 90 number plates were put up for auction, the RTA highlighted in a statement.
