The tenants at Al Quoz Creative Zone will be able to get a 2-year exemption in the payment of rent during rebuilding and renovation work.
His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Dubai Crown Prince and Chairman of the Executive Council of Dubai said the move is to attract the best talent to the place.

The Dubai government launched Al Quoz Creative Zone in April this year and it is home to several art galleries, community theatre, sports centres, and restaurants.
It also serves as a new hub for creative businesses including visual arts, cinema, music and cultural heritage.

The rent exemption is part of a 100-day plan for the Al Quoz Creative Zone and has been welcomed by the owners of the various outlets. (AW)
