The Sharjah City Municipality will sell impounded vehicles that have not been claimed by the vehicle owners in the last 6-months.
Vehicle owners including those possessing motorcycles and bicycles have been given a grace period of 4 days to take the necessary measures to get them released.

Otherwise, the vehicles will be sold at a public auction.
In an announcement made by the municipality on its electronic platforms and official channels the information was shared with the owners of these vehicles and bikes which had been impounded for more than six months.
The vehicle owners have been asked to check with the Inspection and Control Department in the 5th Industrial Area within 4 days from the date of publishing the announcement to settle their issues.

The failure to do so will ensure that a competent authority in the municipality will be forced to sell the vehicles in a public auction as soon as their grace period is over on November 10, 2021.
