A man was wounded after being hit by his Filipina partner with the heel of her shoe as they ran into an argument in a moving cab in Hong Kong. The woman later managed to get down and flee, following which police have now begun searches for her.
The woman struck the man’s head with her high-heels in a taxi on Thursday night. The incident took place around 11:00 pm last night.
A 50-year-old Italian man dressed in a suit got into a taxi with a Filipina woman aged around 40 on Wyndham Street in Hong Kong. The pair then told the cab driver to head to Second Street in Sai Wan.

Following this, an argument ensued between them over their relationship issues during the ride.
As the taxi was traveling along Queen’s Road Central, the woman lost her temper and took off one of her high-heels and struck at the man’s head.
The incident left the man bleeding immediately with blood staining his shirt while the woman opened the taxi door and escaped. Later the cab driver reported the incident to police and officers arrived at the scene and recorded statements of the driver and the wounded man.

The case was listed as assault occasioning actual bodily harm while the man was later sent to Queen Mary Hospital.
Now the case is handled by the Central police district crime squad and officers are searching for the Filipina woman. (AW)
